Use WhatsApp, email, calendar reminders, short pre-work, and specific outcome framing. Do not only say “Join us tonight.” Give the learner a reason to protect the time.
Measure attendance by source and message
Not all leads are equal. Compare show-up by ad angle, audience, reminder sequence, and topic promise. The numbers reveal whether the issue is traffic quality, expectation setting, timing, or pre-event nurturing.
